Q: How will I take care of my property once purchased?
A: We have a few property managers to choose from that will take care of everything from leasing, collections, and repairs. GDM Investment Group, Corp. is not a Property Management Agency.

Q: Do I need to come to Phoenix, AZ to look at property?
A: You as a client are always welcome to come visit our great city, but not necessary. We will have documented pictures and information that will save you the time from coming here. We also have certified board appraisers that will appraise your property before you purchase the home, so you are well protected.

Q: How do I know I can trust what the appraisal?
A: You are free to use your own Appraiser or we will give you a list of our appraisers and you can do your research by calling the appraisal board here locally to check their credentials.

Q: Can I use my Title Company to handle the closing transaction?
A: Absolutely you may use your Title Company. We do have one Title Agency, Fidelity National Title that we use in every transaction with offices Nationwide. We can accommodate through that agency any signing nationwide!

Q: How much money is required out of my pocket?
A: Out of pocket money depends on your financing options. We are here to sell to investors and we stress that cash flow is the objective. We have many hard money and conventional sources that we may refer.

Q: Is it possible to buy a house with no money down?
A: No. Though the fees are not very expensive, the buyer will always have to pay for insurance and closing costs out pocket. The buyer will also be required to put a $2000.00 deposit upon the signing of the purchase contract. All in all you can look at an average of $2,500 to $4,500 out of pocket throughout the transaction.
